Quotes
Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation, based on a site visit or information supplied by the customer. Prices are estimates until confirmed in writing and may be adjusted if ground conditions or the scope of work change once underway.
Bookings & scheduling
Start dates are agreed in advance but may be affected by weather, ground conditions, or delays in material supply. We'll communicate any changes as early as possible.
Materials & workmanship
Materials used are as specified in your quote. Any workmanship issues identified after completion should be reported to us promptly so we can inspect and resolve them.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed individually per job and confirmed in writing before work begins.
